Bookkeeping VAT Payroll Accounts Taxation Statutory Company Formation

What You need To Do?

Just give us the go-ahead…and you can be trading tomorrow.

What Will We Do?

1. Company Formation

We handle the formation of your new company, which means you are not delayed in getting started.

The Procedure: Appointment of a Director – usually the contractor. Appointment of a Company Secretary – we usually act in this role. Establishing a Registered Office – as a list of directors must be publicly available at the registered office, we recommend that we provide this address. Register your business for VAT if appropriate. Issue shares in the new company. In order to maximise tax allowances it may be worth giving a proportion of the shares to a non-working partner, to maximise their tax-free allowance. Set up a Company Bank account. We have negotiated a high interest group facility with a major High Street Bank, and can deal with the account setup if required.

2. Company Secretarial:

Register your company with the Inland Revenue. This is a legal requirement, allowing payment of PAYE and National Insurance Contributions on Company salaries, and Corporation Tax, which is payable on Company profits.

What Does Setting Up Your Company Cost You?

£75 + VAT.
In the unlikely event of your leaving our accountancy service , a standard close-down fee will be charged.

How is the web site secure?

Each client has their own web site with their own username and password. Your web site is viewed over a secure SSL link for log in and all access purposes, so no-one else can pry on your account details or on you logging into your site.

We hold all paper for you in our head office filing system and electronic copies are kept in a secure site. All administration and control is carried out from our Dundee Office.
