Our Company


	Ascot Drummond has a simple fee structure for clients using our services. Note that all fees exclude VAT.

Client Sector:	Advance Monthly Fee: (Transmit the relevant accounting information to us via a user friendly facility on your website)	Premier Assist Monthly Fee: (Simply post us company paperwork e.g. bank statements,expense receipts,sales invoices etc for processing)

	Fees for Transferring From Your Current Accountant Ascot Drummond has a simple fee structure, allowing you to transfer from your existing accountant based on your current financial year.

	3 to 12	Monthly Fee x No. of months into financial year

Personal Tax Returns

Ascot Drummond can also provide personal tax returns for a second director, or the director's spouse, for an additional fee.

Preparation of additional return for another director, or for the director's spouse where they have relatively simple tax affairs and no other major sources of income other than from the company.

Fees for Dormant Companies If your company has not been trading for three months you simply have to ask us to reduce your future fees to our dormant rate shown below.

Fees for Terminating Your Account With Ascot Drummond

We require one month written notice if you wish to leave our services to employ a different accountant.

Fees for closing down a company

The cost of closing down companies can vary widely. For this reason our charge is set between £250 and £500.
